Introduction to Line Dancing
Instructor: Marilyn McNeal
This class introduces you to Line Dance steps, patterns and easy dances. Step patterns are described, practiced and used in easy, fun dances. Step sheets of each dance are also provided so you can practice at home. This is an eight week class.

Join Dara to learn a gentle form of yoga that is practical sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The benefits of yoga include improved strength, improved flexibility and reduced stress and improved mental clarity.

Dara as she introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class recreated the original moves you love at a lower intensity.

Presented by: Jessica McCune, RN, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Palliative Care and Todd Eichelberger, MD. Dr. Eichelberger and Jessica will discuss emotional, physical and spiritual principles that pursue health throughout all stages of life. The body, mind, spirit approach to life fortifies our effort to embrace the aging process.

Texas Hold’Em Fundraiser Benefiting the American Heart Association
Hosted by the Medical Health Center’s own Dr. Leonard Savino, a fun night of cards to raise money for the American Heart Association!

Cost: $100 per person which includes a Farm to Table Dinner cooked by Patricia Cropper, as well as card supplies and entry fee to the Texas Hold’Em game.

If you don’t want to play cards, you can attend just the dinner for $20.

There will be a cash bar available and ALL the proceeds will go to the American Heart Association.
