This is a class that teaches techniques of stabilization and ways to reactivate muscles that have not been used with simple techniques that will improve not only cognitive response to the brain and muscle but also stabilization and balance.

Hearing loss that occurs gradually as you age (presbycusis) is common. About one third of Americans between the ages of 65-75 have some degree of hearing loss. For those older than 75, the number is 1 in 2. You can’t reverse most types of hearing loss, however you and your doctor can take steps to improve what you hear.
