Instructor: Gail Crane, retired Physician Assistant. Enjoy a walk around the property or inside if weather demands, to warm up and cool down. Sandwiched in between will be a progressive strength training session to build or tone muscles to improve your stability and functional capacity.

Instructor: Marilyn McNeal.
Dancers in this class have some line dance experience and know many step patterns. Easy dances are taught at this level with additional step patterns added as needed. High Beginner and some Improver dances are included in this class to challenge those who have been dancing here for a good while.

The Study of Tai Ji Quan involves three aspects: health (concentrating on relieving the physical stress on the body), meditation and martial arts. This class once started is no longer open to new students.
