Join Dara to learn a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The benefits of yoga include improved strength, improved flexibility and reduced stress and improved mental clarity.

This class is every Friday from June 23 - July 28

This is a six week workshop that will help you design an action plan, learn feedback/problem solving, stress management, relaxation techniques, how to handle difficult emotions and assist you in working with your healthcare provider.
