Chair Yoga
Instructor: Dara Turner, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and FAI Functional Aging Specialist.
Join Dara to learn a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The benefits of yoga include improved strength, improved flexibility and reduced stress and improved mental clarity.

Introduction to Line Dancing
Instructor: Marilyn McNeal
Dancers in this class have some line dance experience and know many step patterns. Easy dances are taught at this level with additional step patterns added as needed. Class will start on July 5th and progress for 8 weeks.
