Instructor: Gail Crane, retired Physician Assistant. Enjoy a walk around the property or inside if weather demands, to warm up and cool down. Sandwiched in between will be a progressive strength training session to build or tone muscles to improve your stability and functional capacity.

The Study of Tai Ji Quan involves three aspects: health (concentrating on relieving the physical stress on the body), meditation and martial arts. This class once started is no longer open to new students.

CHAIR YOGA
Instructor: Sandra Gilliland, certified yoga instructor. Join Sandra to learn a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. A focus on deep breathing combined with gentle movements taken to the practitioner’s personal level. Chair Yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.
