This is a 6 week course, every Friday. This evidence based workshop developed by Stanford University will give you practical ways to deal with diabetes: discover better nutrition and exercise; techniques to deal with symptoms such as hyper/hypoglycemia, pain, emotional problems and appropriate use of medication.
