Instructor: Sandra Gilliland, certified yoga instructor. Join Sandra to learn a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. A focus on deep breathing combined with gentle movements taken to the practitioner’s personal level. Chair Yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strenghtens personal body awareness.

This is a class that offers techniques of stabilization and how to reactivate muscles that have not been used with simple techniques that will improve not only cognitive response to the brain and muscle but also stabilization and balance.
